Multicath Expert Antimicrobial IV Catheters - Double Lumen

Multicath Expert multi-lumen central venous catheters are proven to be effective against the most common pathogens causing device-related infections, including gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria and fungi.

The active ingredient used in the technology is the silver ion-based antimicrobial agent AgION, which is not just a surface coating but is also incorporated into the material from which the tube is made.

Supplied in a tray containing:

• 1 x 3-lumen XRO catheter with extension tubes fitted with a clamp
• 1 x puncture needle
• length 70 mm, 18g
• 1 x short IV catheter, length 70 mm 18g
• 1 x graduated "J" guidewire with thumbfeed type guidewire advancer
• 1 x dilator
• 1 x 5ml syringe
• 1 x scalpel
• 1 x secondary fixation wing
• 3 x injection stoppers
