Registration is free and enables you to view prices and have access to our resource area. Registration is limited to UK practices, and your request will be approved as quickly as possible.

You will receive a notification once it has been approved.


Once you have an active myPlus account, you can create multiple favourites lists to suit your practice's needs. You can also modify the name of each list. Each favourites list is linked to your own myPlus account and can be shared with colleagues in your clinic too!

Once you have an active myPlus account, you can start placing orders straight away.

Search for the product you are looking for through either the search bar, or Catalogue menu, and select 'Add to Basket'. If the product has options, you will need to select these before adding to basket.

Continue filling your basket until you are ready to place your order. Once ready, click on the basket icon (top right) - you can check the order over and will see the option to proceed to checkout. Once at checkout, enter your name for reference and click 'Confirm Order'. The order is now placed. You can view your order details and status under 'Order History' in your myPlus account.


Yes, simply request a form and one of the team will be in contact.


We have FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £75 (excl. VAT), and for all orders under £75 (excl. VAT), there is a £7.50 carriage fee.

Additional delivery charges may apply to Highlands and Islands.

Most orders will be despatched the same day if ordered before 5:00 pm.




Loss or damage of goods must be notified to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Where items have been ordered in error, this must be reported within 3 working days, anything outside of this time frame may not be returnable and may incur a restocking fee.

Please note terms may differ for clearance items.

We have set up a library of icons to help you quickly and easily identify features and available offers on our products.

You do not need to remember what each icon means, because when you hover your cursor over an icon on a product, you will be reminded what the icons mean.
