If an item is ordered in error, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the practice. In line with our commitment to sustainability and to reduce waste, we do not accept returns for items prices under £15, as this helps to ensure that our operations remain financially viable.
Loss or damage of goods must be notified to us within 3 working days of delivery.
Where items have been ordered in error, this must be reported within 3 working days, anything outside of this time frame may not be returnable and may incur a restocking fee.
