Accident Report Book

By law, every business must record accidents suffered by employees and visitors. Under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 it is recommended that records of all cases treated should be made and kept in a safe place, for example alongside first aid equipment. They should always be available to record accidents or incidents at work and kept in a safe, readily accessible place as recommended in the regulations.
