The IG dressing is a light honey 3g dressing. It is a proactive dressing designed to protect the wound from infection and is often used post op. Honey is 100% medical-grade Manuka Honey.

Helps maintain a moist wound healing environment
Low pH Manuka honey prevents bacteria from proliferating at the wound site, promotes autolytic debridement and encourages healthy granulation
Antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory
Reduces wound odour
